🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔙 Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Because we partner with multiple warehouses and suppliers, we must receive return requests quickly so we can process them efficiently.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You must provide photos of the item and reason for the return
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Used or worn gear
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Return requests submitted after the 7-day window

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to our multi-warehouse fulfillment process.
If you need a different color or size, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


💵 Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Restocking fee (10%) will be deducted from the refund
  • Original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
You will not be responsible for return shipping on damaged/incorrect items.


📦 Return Method

All returns are handled by mail.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is approved.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
