Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery to ensure we can work quickly with our suppliers and resolve any issues promptly.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You must provide a photo of the item and the reason for return

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Used or worn gear

  • Items without a valid return request within the 7-day window


Exchanges

Due to our fulfillment model, we do not offer exchanges at this time.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: typically 5–7 business days

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total (excluding shipping)


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • The packaging

  • Your order number

We’ll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

All returns are handled by mail. Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
