Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery to ensure we can work quickly with our suppliers and resolve any issues promptly.
To be eligible:

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

You must provide a photo of the item and the reason for return

Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds
We do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse

Used or worn gear

Items without a valid return request within the 7-day window
Exchanges
Due to our fulfillment model, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Processing time: typically 5–7 business days

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total (excluding shipping)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
